If you look at another player with a single rag in hand, you should be able to gag them, if you're. Webthen hold only the rag in your hand you will get the option to gag yourself when gagged your voice will be muffled more then the helmet you can take off the gag like any other. I already tried the inventory.
Webbut you can self gag by moving a rag to the madk slot, i believe. Now i have to start checking gagged players for fulfill my no giggle policy's. You can't, that is there for a reason.
