Or is it all automated because i've been following a ton of different people but it doesn't update as often as their twitter posts announce. Webkemono party is back up and running, but it's still very slow and it's still not updating accounts from gumroad. Pateron names available in kemono site. Make sure you always import the content to kemono. I've been trying to find alternative sites, but i have unfortunately found none.
